Evaluator Mode · Pilot program · In development
An extra set of eyes on every vendor presentation.
Take the Room helps presenting teams rehearse. Evaluator Mode is the same engine on the buyer's side of the table: for procurement and source-selection teams who sit through vendor presentations and need to know — with evidence — whether what was said answers the RFP and matches what that vendor wrote.
Built around what evaluators actually need
Miss nothing
Vendor presentations run for hours, and human attention has a budget. Evaluator Mode listens to every minute with the RFP and the vendor's full written submission in memory — and flags the moment a spoken claim departs from either. The claim your panel half-heard at hour three gets caught, timestamped, and quoted.
One yardstick for every vendor
The fastest way an evaluation gets challenged is inconsistency — one offeror probed hard, another taken at their word. Evaluator Mode applies the same criteria, the same checks, and the same evidence standard to every presentation, identically, without fatigue and without favorites.
Defend every decision
Every finding arrives with its receipts: the verbatim quote, the timestamp, and the exact passage of the RFP or written submission it relates to. Evaluation documentation stops being reconstruction from memory and becomes an evidence-linked record your organization can stand behind.
Get the hours back
Instead of each evaluator re-reading hundreds of pages to check one remembered claim, the cross-reference is already done. Committees spend their time judging — the part that actually requires their expertise — not hunting through volumes.
What it checks
Requirement coverage
Each presentation scored against the RFP's own evaluation criteria — addressed, partial, or missing — with quotes and timestamps for the record.
Consistency verification
Spoken claims cross-referenced against that vendor's written submission. Contradictions and unsupported claims flagged with the exact conflicting passage.
Q&A follow-through
Did the vendor actually answer the panel's question, or answer around it? Responses checked for responsiveness, not just fluency.
Debrief-ready records
Timestamped, evidence-linked findings that make evaluation documentation faster and consistent across evaluators.
Score-ready evidence
Every evaluation factor mapped to what the vendor actually said and wrote — quotes, timestamps, and gaps flagged — so evaluators walk into consensus with the record already built. Your evaluators assign every rating; the hunting and assembly is done.
Written submissions, not just presentations
The same coverage analysis runs on written proposals against the RFP's factors — evidence-linked support for scoring the volumes themselves, before a single presentation is scheduled.
It flags. You judge.
Evaluator Mode never rates a vendor, never ranks offerors, and never recommends a selection. Those judgments belong to your evaluators — for good reasons of fairness, accountability, and procurement integrity. What it does is make sure nothing important gets past them: every gap, every inconsistency, every unanswered requirement, surfaced with the evidence attached, for a human to weigh. Think of it as the sharpest staffer in the room — one who read everything, forgets nothing, and knows the decision isn't theirs.
Data handling
Vendor submissions are competition-sensitive by definition, and they get the same guarantees as everything on this platform: zero-data-retention AI processing (never used to train models), strict tenant isolation, encryption at rest, and hard deletion with a verifiable receipt when the evaluation closes. We're choosing one or two design partners.
Evaluator Mode is in development, and we're building it against real procurement workflows — not our guesses about them. A design partner runs a pilot on a live evaluation cycle, shapes the outputs and record formats, and locks in early-partner terms. Pricing is set together as part of the pilot conversation.
